Winter/Spring Training Group
Interested in training for a Spring HALF or FULL Marathon? There is a small but mighty group of DC Multisport members planning to run The Flying Pig in Cincinnati on May 1st, 2016.
If you are interested in joining this DC Multisport "team" for training runs and maybe a group trip to Cinci for the race, please contact:

Our first meet up will be Saturday, January 2nd at 8am at Health Pointe. Our friends at Health Pointe are kindly allowing us to use their lobby area to gather before our Saturday morning runs. You don't need to be a HP member to meet up and train with this group. If you'd like to use the treadmills, you will need to be obviously.
We will spend 10-15 minutes at our first meet up on January 2nd deciding what time works best for the group for Saturday morning longs and for our Tuesday evening repeat/speed workouts. We'll also discuss our intended races and training plans.
Michael Kern has agreed to create and customize a training plan for anyone interested. If you'd like Michael to draft a plan for you (I know I'm excited for him to make mine!), please complete the questionnaire below and email it to him. It's simply a handful of questions on your race goals and where you are currently. It is perfectly fine if you are starting from zero! You can send the responses back to me at your convenience or bring it with you on January 2nd.
